STEP 1: Contact VIPRE (1-800-91-VIPRE) to determine eligibility of the VSA instrument you are seeking to replace. (Note: VIPRE can only offer a conversion discount to owners of nationally recognized Voice Stress Analyzer systems).

We will then e-mail or FAX your organization the VIPRE Conversion Agreement.

STEP 2: Since most recognized Voice Stress Analyzer systems are accompanied by an End User License Agreement (EULA), it is recommended that you contact your VSA vendor to see if this applies. Your vendor must be able to provide you with your signed copy of their EULA.

Please inform your vendor that you no longer intend to use their software, which is the only component that is affected by their EULA, as you own the laptop. Again, if the EULA applies, advise your vendor that in order to comply with their End User Licensing Agreement (EULA) requirement you will be returning your agency's laptop directly to them so they can remove their VSA proprietary software. Unless your vendor's EULA contains shipping instructions, as the owner of the laptop it is important that a clear understanding of shipment and return instructions are verified with the manufacturer.

STEP 3: Fax VIPRE (1-800-918-2857) the signed VIPRE Conversion Agreement and Purchase Order for $2.995.00. Your new VIPRE H-2500 Voice Stress Field Unit will be customized and shipped to your agency within 10 business days. Your agency will then have sixty days to ship your conversion unit to VIPRE.

STEP 4: VIPRE will donate ALL used VSA laptops to a local Orlando, Florida charity.
